How do I make payment?
We accept payment via PayPal.
Simply follow the instructions during check out.
I don't have a Paypal account - can I still purchase?
Yes you can! simply click on - Paypal check out
- Pay by Credit or Debit Card
- Paypal Guest check Out
Fill in your card details then go to the bottom of the page and click on 'no I don't want an account now' and complete your payment.
Where do we ship?
We only ship to destinations within the UK Mainland. Items are shipped by recorded delivery with signature required. We endeavour to ship within 48 hours of receiving a confirmed order.
Please note we cannot ship to Northern Ireland unfortunately.
What Warranty do we offer?
Our Lithium-Ion batteries are warranted free from defects caused by faulty material or workmanship for a period of two years from date of purchase. Full details of the warranty can but found in our Terms & Conditions section.
Are there any carriage charges?
Carriage within the UK Mainland is FREE (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands).
What is our Returns Policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item simply return it to us within 14 days for a full refund ( less shipping costs). Please ensure the item is in new, undamaged condition and in the original packaging with all accessories included.
